Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
If you place an order on a weekend or a public holiday, it will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping details.
Shipping Methods & Charges
We deliver within Pakistan using trusted logistics partners / courier services.
Shipping cost depends on your order value / weight / destination (this is calculated and shown at checkout).
We apply a flat shipping fee of PKR 250.
We also offer express delivery for an additional fee. The cost and options will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time for standard shipping: 5–7 business days, depending on your location in Pakistan. (Note: remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.) — This is similar to common local e-commerce timelines.
For express shipping (if offered), delivery may be faster; expected delivery times will be shown during checkout.
Please note: delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays, or other unforeseen events.
Delivery Address & Requirements
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address, including a reliable contact number and (if needed) a landmark.
We recommend double-checking the address at checkout — mistakes in address information can lead to delays or failed delivery.
We may not be able to ship to P.O. Boxes for certain courier services; this depends on the courier’s capabilities. (Specify if relevant.)
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and courier details.
You can track your parcel using the provided tracking link on the courier’s website (or through our site, if we provide a tracking page).
Shipping Restrictions
Some remote or hard-to-reach locations may have longer delivery times or limited courier availability.
In rare cases, items may not be deliverable to certain addresses depending on courier limitations; if this happens, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
